The Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) has officially released the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) schedule for the Constable (Driver) Group-C recruitment. Physical Test Requirements (PET & PST)

​The Physical Efficiency Test (PET) is qualifying in nature. Candidates must clear all events to move to the next stage.

Physical Efficiency Test (PET) Standards:

  • 1.6 km Race: Must be completed within 7 minutes 30 seconds.
  • Long Jump: 11 Feet (awarded 3 chances).
  • High Jump: 3.5 Feet (awarded 3 chances).

Physical Standard Test (PST) - General Category:

  • Height: 170 cm
  • Chest: 80 cm (Unexpanded) / 85 cm (Expanded)
  • Note: Relaxations apply for candidates from North-Eastern states, Hill areas, and ST categories.

Eligibility & Vacancy Breakdown

  • Total Revised Vacancies: 712 Posts (Previously 545)
  • Educational Qualification: Class 10th (Matriculation) pass from a recognized board.
  • Mandatory Requirement: Possession of a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) Driving License.
